Home Express, a full-service real estate and property management agency, partnered with us to build a scalable digital acquisition system. Their focus was to increase visibility, drive qualified traffic, and generate consistent leads across both short and long-term rental services. The project combined performance-driven SEO, high-converting content, and targeted search advertising to reach property owners and renters at various stages of the decision-making process.
Expanding a property management brand in a highly competitive online market required a strategic foundation. Home Express faced multiple barriers to performance, from low visibility and limited assets to intense competition from both local players and global platforms. The lack of structured data, content, and differentiation demanded a ground-up rebuild across all key channels.
To solve the visibility, lead quality, and credibility challenges, we rolled out an integrated digital strategy covering Google PPC, SEO, and content development, all tailored to the short- and long-term property management services offered by Home Express.
We started by conducting in-depth keyword and competitor research to identify high-intent opportunities in search and understand how potential clients behave online. Based on this, we segmented audiences and crafted messaging for each persona – including property buyers, sellers, and landlords – allowing us to align ad copy and content more precisely.
On the paid side, we launched targeted Google Ads campaigns, including Search and Performance Max, structured around service types and user intent. Our strategy focused on quality over quantity – optimizing bidding, targeting, and ad creatives around real-time lead data. Remarketing audiences were built to capture interest across the funnel, while offline conversions were synced to improve optimization signals.
In parallel, we developed SEO -optimized landing pages and blogs to build organic authority and support the paid campaigns. Content covered valuable topics like buyer checklists, management tips, and service breakdowns. We improved on-site SEO by addressing technical issues, streamlining internal linking, and applying structured data markup to boost visibility.
Throughout the project, we relied on GA4 and Tag Manager to track conversion events across contact forms, calls, and on-page interactions. We also reviewed user behavior data – including heatmaps and scroll depth – to iterate on layout, copy, and calls to action. Monthly performance audits informed ongoing optimization across both paid and organic channels.
This holistic, performance-first approach ensured Home Express didn’t just attract traffic – they converted the right kind of visitors into leads.
